Hindi Language Position at the University of Virginia.

The Department of Middle Eastern and South Asian Languages and Cultures at the University of Virginia invites applications for a one-year replacement position as Lecturer in Hindi, to begin 25 August 2011. The successful applicant will be asked to teach three classes in Hindi language per semester. Native or near-native fluency is required, and experience in teaching Hindi at the university level is preferred. Candidates must hold an MA or PhD degree. Review of applications begins immediately.
