The STARTALK Arabic Institute for the Next Generation is a three-week intensive program for undergraduate students who aspire to teach Arabic in secondary schools. The program includes applied linguistics, pedagogy, and culture studies classes, as well as field trips, classroom visits, micro-teaching, and guest lectures.
This intensive workshop begins May 23 and ends June 8, Monday-Friday including Memorial Day (104 instructional hours).
The deadline for application is April 15, 2012.
