Principal Search for the Rafael Hernández School in Boston

Dear Bilingual Educator,

It is with excitement and pride that the Rafael Hernández School Principal Search Committee writes to inform you of our current search for a school principal. The Rafael Hernández School, a kindergarten to eighth grade two-way bilingual school in Boston, has been a national leader in dual language education for over three decades. Our Principal Search Committee, comprised of parents, teachers, and students, in collaboration with the Boston Public schools, seeks visionary and dynamic candidates for the position of school principal to begin in the 2013 - 2014 school year.

We are searching for a leader who will build upon the strong foundation and vision of Margarita Muñiz, the school’s previous principal, to ensure that the Rafael Hernández school continues to progress as a national leader of dual language educational excellence, while also fostering our school’s strong sense of community and cultural pride.
