The Center for Advanced Research on Language Acquisition will be hosting a 20th anniversary open house on October 15th from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. It will begin with a presentation by Clay Pell, Deputy Assistant Secretary for International and Foreign Language Education (Title VI) in the U.S. Department of Education. Mr. Pell's remarks will be followed by a reception featuring delicious food and informational booths highlighting CARLA-sponsored projects along with other Title VI centers on campus. Details below.
