Conference on Innovative Practices in Computer-Assisted Language Learning

The Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute (OLBI), through its research centre CCERBAL, is hosting an international conference on Innovative Practices in Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL). The two-day conference will be a unique occasion for researchers, teachers, students and all others with an interest in CALL to gather and share knowledge and ideas. Invited symposia on the topics of The analysis of learner-computer interactions and Distance learning and on-line exchanges as well as round table meetings on Teacher education and Political challenges and visions will provide forums for in-depth discussions of the conference themes and will facilitate exchanges between invited speakers and participants. The conference will be held on the University of Ottawa bilingual campus, in Canada’s national capital, April 26th and 27th, 2012.
